Fuzhou Lexfit Plastic Co..Ltd. Recycling Policy for Used PVC-U Pipe and
Fittings (To Australian Distributors and Customers)
I. Scope and Purpose of the Recycling Service
In order to fulfill the extended responsibility of the product, Fuzhou Lexfit Plastic Co..Ltd.
has established a special recycling system for PVC-U Pipe and Fittings sold to
Australia. When Australian distributors and end customers reach the end of the cable's
lifespan or need to replace them, they can follow the process stipulated in this system
to hand over the used PVC-U Pipe and Fittings to Fuzhou Lexfit Plastic Co..Ltd. for
recycling.
II. Recycling Service Description
1. Recycled Materials
2. Only recycled PVC-U Pipe and Fittings sold by Fuzhou Lexfit Plastic Co..Ltd. (refer
to the original sales contract and the "List of Specifications for Used PVC-U Pipe and
Fittings") are accepted. Materials mixed with non-PVC materials, severely
contaminated, or of illegal origin are not included.
3. Recycling Process
• Australian distributors / customers need to centrally store the used PVC-U Pipe and
Fittings and contact the Fuzhou Lexfit Plastic Co..Ltd. recycling service department to
apply for recycling;
• After Fuzhou Lexfit Plastic Co..Ltd. confirms the recycling demand, it will arrange
transportation from Australia to China (transportation responsibility and costs are borne
by Fuzhou Lexfit Plastic Co..Ltd.);
• After the recycled materials arrive in China, Fuzhou Lexfit Plastic Co..Ltd. will deliver
them to the designated repurchase station in accordance with the internal agreement,
and conduct acceptance according to the agreed standards.
4. Cost Explanation
• Australian distributors / customers do not need to bear the recycling and
transportation costs;
• Value settlement of recycled materials: The metal part is calculated at 60% of the
market price announced on the platform or in the market on the recycling day (refer to
the specific metal price link on the platform), and the PVC part is calculated at 2,000
yuan per ton. Fuzhou Lexfit Plastic Co..Ltd. will pay the settlement amount to the
designated account of Australian distributors / customers within 5 working days after
acceptance (legal and valid invoices are required).

compliant recycling and processing, and prevent random dumping or illegal disposal.
